“ La belle étoile est un restaurant dans une petite rue du centre ville de Cayeux-sur-mer, très calme. L'ambiance y est très cosy, très bien décorée, avec beaucoup de goût. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine, que dire si ce n'est "maîtrisé"! Les plats sont parfaitement dosés, et très savoureux ! L'œuf parfait porte très bien son nom. Les poissons étaient très bons aussi avec de petits légumes tout aussi goûteux. Une adresse qui mérite le détour, allez-y si vous êtes de passage ! ”

Une carte réduite, des produits régionaux et de qualité, justesse parfaite des cuissons et du dosage des épices. Résultat : des préparations délicieuses, un régal pour les papilles et le tout agrémenté d'un vin blanc (au pichet !!) frais et gouleyant.. super moment et on y reviendra.
